One question is a single research query submitted to the AI models. Each question generates a full pro/con argument tree with evidence from the included AI models. Follow-up refinements to the same question count as separate questions. Viewing existing research and sharing its link do not count toward your limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features and limits take effect immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts are required for any plan.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with net-30 payment terms. Annual billing with a discount is available for Basic, Team and Professional; Enterprise pricing is custom.
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of your first payment, a workspace admin requests the full refund on the workspace's Billing page — no questions asked. The refund is processed within 2–3 business days.
